The problem is ain't that CNN is that bad
(makes ya wince tho!) - more like the conduct of the government of the US over a long period. They don't hate ya!! More a .. well.. very great hatred, if the actions of 9/11 are a guide, to US foreign policy.
The vast majority of folks have no problem with the US as a country or it's people - they kinda like the place!
Sadly many of these folks have been shit on from a high height in past years. It is not something many will forgive for a long time.
