Hello Charter Communications,
My name is Doug, I'm a network administrator at ISPrime.com. We're a colocation facility inside NYIIX in NYC.
We have an important customer whom is trying to reach our network from X(removed), and he has informed us he's unable to reach our network.
We've had him run traceroutes to our main public webserver,
www.isprime.com, and they all stop inside your network. It's obviously a problem, and I've CC'd him, as well as our internal support team on this email.
Could you please ask someone in Engineering to take a look at this please? It's been persisting for more than three days now, and there's really no reason for it.
I look forward to hearing back from you, and I'm sure our client does too. Please CC him on any responces so he's kept in the loop too.
