Like 9-11, Wonton predicts that the following will also occur:

- The day preceeding the attack, FEMA personel will already be present and installed in the target cities
- All US military bases, fighter squadrons and air defences will be ordered to "stand down" less than 24 hours prior to the attack.
- On the day of the attack all SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all first-responder military units will be ignored and no military units will intercept the attackers in time
In the days following the attack, all sections of Patriot Act I, previously repealed, will be restored. Patriot Act I will be passed with overwhelming majority. Martial law will be declared in the target cities and the governments new emergency powers granted in 2001 and 2002 will be put into effect for a minimum of 90 days. But don't worry. Martial law will be lifted within six months. It is only after the third major terror attack that facism will become permanent.
Wonton, based on extensive research of information in the public domain, is 99% certain he knows the general outlines of the type of attack and the locations but to say anymore would be foolhardy. But it's not too hard to determine what will occur and where it will occur. The information is all available, most of it online.
But to give you a hint, from information that has already hit the public airwaves, Gary Hart was on Hannity and Combs (Fox News) just a few months ago and he said:
"The next major terrorist attack will be biological attacks, perhaps smallpox, centered around Atlanta and Denver"
Now if the above actually turns out to be the case, how did he know that? And if he (and by extension the government) knew information to this level of precision, why couldn't they stop it? Ask yourselves those questions in 36 months.
