A judge is, and has been, defying the Attorney General in the so called "20th hijacker" case. Laws are passed but this country has safe gaurds against abuse of a Law. Does this mean that individuals are always treated justly under law...no...but this was the case prior to 9/11...and will be the case for the foreseeable future...this is what falls through the cracks.
