its like this.... studies show animated banners click through better than static banners. But, animated banners are more deceiving and attract more unsuspecting fools. Arnold is like an animated banner where Davis is like a static banner. Your clickthroughs might be better but your conversions are gonna be the same. Basically, California is still doomed.
