I was just reading some of the documents in the "legal.zip" file that homegrown made available earlier...
I read through all the stuff about New Desitny wanting to prevent Acacia from making this a suit against pornographers - by blocking them from labeling them as providers of "Adult entertainment & sexually explicit content"....
iirc, the courts initially refused this - meaning the courts decided that Acacia CAN label them as pornographers, even though it has no bearing (that I can see) on the patent infrigement case.
Buy my question is was that decision appealed or something? Or is it just over and done - New Destiny will be labeled as "patent infringing pornographers" for the jury?
