Not a single chargeback. I was assured by their sales people ( Nick Meletis) after reviewing all my sales thru CCnow that I was perfectly OK with their system.
They cancelled with no notice on Dec.31 2002 ( and at that time, adult products were in the drop down menu of the sold product type - today they are in the prohibited section) without advice.
Also, they actually phone the clients a few days later to see if they received the merchandise, if they are satisfied. And this I now from first hand, since the first purchase thru them was done by ME.
