I think Arnold, as a business man (he owns several malls and apartment buildings), is going to be mainly concerned with lower taxes and making Cal-ee-fornia better for business owners. I doubt he'll do much else that any other "republican" would do. He's more liberal than some Democrats... but with more business sense.
