Not sure what the big deal is. Of course white kids are buying that shit up. You think the black dollar has that much power? I would like to think that the black community sees right through the bullshit and would not support a bunch of prepackaged crap. Remember when rap and r and b used to mean something to a community? When it was about resistance, when it represented a more authentic reality? You are happy a bunch of white guys have taken rap and rendered it completely harmless?
