I want it doing in PHP because I want to add other features to it after a while.
Things I'll be looking at are,
1. Contact Us and reply Ticketing
2. Full online Goods order and processing - like a shop, but without the facility to payfor them.
There are a few more and basically I want them all to run of the same system. Hence may as well use PHP now rather than changing it all later.
