True story. In high school we had an assistant principal that was a TOTAL dick. Everyone hated him. Even the parents didn't like him and were always bitching to have him transferred. Balding, short sleeve dress shirts, ugly ties, polyester pants, and those "dress shoe" things that zip up the ankle, like boots. Oh- and a keychain that hooked from his belt buckle into his pocket.
Anyway, my best friend and I would skip school and call his house during the day. His wife didn't work, so when she answered we'd ask, "Is Kirby there?" She'd say no and then always ask who was calling. We'd ask, "Well, who is this?", and when she'd say, "his wife", we'd act all shocked and say, "His WIFE???!!!" and then just hang up the phone.
This was before the days of caller ID or *69. Like dumbasses, we just kept doing it off and on for months, and eventually we got busted. It was not pretty.
There was much doubt about our graduation.
