I'm looking for some mail software to run client or server side to send out my mail mailings. (server side preffered)

Anyone who has anything that will work in HTML and that can work similiar to the old earthonline direct mail.

I don't don't to mass mail i want to trickly mail at a selected volume per day.

The option to forge headers so my host does not get pissed at me if anyone complains, as my mail is opt in list i have still had complaints.

Does anyone have anything that's gonna work for me?????
