Anyhow I am hoping for a New Zealand - England final. That would be a fantastic game.
Aus and Sth Africa could sneak into the final, but it's not looking likely.
Then again, don't forget that NZ Chokes in the World cup and England's season was over a while ago. This is their offseason.
