It's not necessarily "drug paraphenalia."
Shit man, give me 2 minutes I can make a bong out of a coke can or 2 liter bottle...does that make every single plastic 2 liter bottle "drug paraphenalia? No.
I can go to just about any store and buy a scale that COULD be used to measure weed, coke whatever.
However if it's just a kitchen scale it's not illegal.
So once again, why is Chong in jail? How did they classify what imo are pieces of art drug paraphenalia?
