Soooo , I have to pay Paypal for changing the USD to Canadian $ , and then pay the bank for changing it back to USD .
Open a US account at the TD waterhouse. Then you can paypal back and forth in US.

The Euro thing is a special deal I have with business relations in France. Sorry, I can't say more.

When I did that deal , Euro and US were basically identical. Today, it looks like this:

Product : 1 month access (recurring)
Duration : 30 day(s)
Amount to pay : 19.95 Euros
About : 23.53 USD, 14.13 GBP
31.08 CAD, 2556.86 JPY
