I still can not find the patent to a simple Soda can...
I have looked now for a couple days. It is my belief thus far that no one own's a patent to a simple container for every day beverages. No Patent Number's on the can at all and the closest patents I can find come down to Barrel's and Plastic variety containers such as tuperware.
