it would be foolish to think you're the only person cable of or doing leaveraged investments.......
but most long term sucessful people I know have one thing in common. They own their house cause they don't NEED to leaverage it (andhave no desire to leaverage it either) and they buy all kinds of toys but toys are ALWAYS paid for with cash - never loans.
if the market turns - and it always does - then you keep your home and your toys.
if your home and toys are leaveraged - and the market turns - you're fucked.
