My understanding is that they will look at your income tax statement and base it on gross income.

They originally suggested that they would embed code in people's sites that would track the sales that way. What a load of crap that turned out to be, nothing more than a pipe dream.

But they also have huge penalty rates if anyone makes a mistake or tries to avoid paying in full.
