I visited your site last night, found some nice content and the free pic set with a video sale was mighty kind of you. I found a video I wanted, it was obviously miss-priced in both the manual html as well as entered into wrong in the shopping cart. I ordered it via your illegal paypal link to get the extra 10% off that you also offer if you pay by paypal, instead of just butt fucking you and using my credit card and getting the instant download.
I did this to see if you would indeed honor your mistake, or explain to me that it was a mistake you made. Naturally the paypal transaction was accepted rather quickly. This morning I get a refund from you via paypal, with the excuse the shopping cart was broken. This sir you know is a lie, it was just a mistake on your behalf.
Since then you have failed to answer my email I sent in this morning or the email I sent last night from my other address.
Would like for you to know that I only bought the miss-priced one to see how you would handle customer service. If you would have honored your mistake, or at least been honest about it. I was prepared to purchase more videos from you the very next day.
You sir have fucked up, I would recomend taking the loss next time or at least being honest when dealing with customers. Specially over such a small amount of money. That 48.35 just cost you hundreds if not thousands.
