Hey everyone,

I guess some explaining is in order:

1) The downtime from last night/early morning was something that should have never happened, and the only thing I can do is appologize. We should have been up minutes after the system failed, but multiple things caused it to take longer than it should have.

2) The downtime during the day is from looking & trying to fix the problem that caused 1).

What pipecrew said is VERY true. And that is why we are looking at this closely to make sure we find this problem and get it fixed. Because of the setup of the system the fixing sadly causes more downtimes, but we feel these are worth it when it fixes big problems like the one from this early morning.
One thing I would like to point out though is that our code does only output fixed width images, which, even if not immediately loaded, does not slow down page 99% of the time, at least I have not experienced slow downs.

If anyone has any questions, please do ask!
