Pick a hosted gal, click through to the site and try to join... there's no ccbill. Apparently their account has been closed. From what I can work out this happened up to 6 days ago, I haven't seen any notification from them, so until now I have been sending traffic as per usual.
ccbill will still count the clicks, but you'll never get any sales so your ratio will just get worse and worse.
