Well, I think you should not only look into a dialer solution but rather an all around solution. There is a relative new company, Enterpayment (http://www.enterpayment.de) I have only heard good things about them and they would be the "full mean deal". Unfortunately they are currently only available on the German market, who knows, they may expend. In any case they are very competent.
