I got lucky, a friend of mine know a couple guys who took my x-box, opened it up, switched out the hard drive with a 120G one, soldered in a mod chip, and loaded about 80 games onto the drive...now when i start up my x-box an operating system comes up that allows me to load any of those games and play them...i can also rent games at blockbuster and rip them to the hard drive using the operating system as well, its kinda set up like the old windows explorer, except its called "box-splorer". fucking great stuff.
