I'm not a designer .. but I agree with most of the suggestions here, you are a glamorous professional and your site should reflect that

The amateur stuff works really well for amateur sites, but when you're a professional, you want to make sure your site looks better then a fan site, ya know. Get a little help to start with and you'll be surprised what the pro's can do ..

One more copyrighted issue you might want to look into .. Your icon for your Admin area http://iwww.neriah.com/customer_extr...le_lrg_ico.gif

I may be wrong but that looks like the XP user accounts icon .. so you should think about getting rid of that ..
