I wouldn't worry too much about the banners matching the content. If you know how to use photoshop or a program similar to it you can easy make banners. It's as easy as finding a money shot hardcore pic and cropping it to 468x80 right where all the good stuff is and animating it a bit, even simply movig the whole scene a couple pixels diagonaly with a flashing, 'enter here' text. Works wonders bud, and surfers have never seen your custom banner before.
