The bin Laden family has the protection of the USA and and Osama has the protection of the bin Laden family. Plus, he's been on dialysis for quite some time. If he had just been cave hopping I doubt he'd have been able to stay alive so long.
Saddam, on the other hand is probably the one hiding in a cave somewhere. People forget that the muslim world(especially the terrorists) hate Saddam. Without his party he's nothing. He can't go hide with Al-Qaeda or anything like that because they all want to kill him for committing genocide against Shia Muslims.

I disagree with you. Saddam has prepared for this years ago. He already has "pimped out" hiding places. It's not like he's saying SHIT where am I going to go?? He's been ready for this for a long time. I don't feel Saddam is in any type of cave amenities. He may not have the people power or following that Osama has, but that was a strategic move on his part. He chose to keep the people that are part of his plan to a minimal.
I don't believe for a second Osama is living in better conditions than Saddam. Osama is the rough and rugged battle type, Saddam is the hand feed me grapes type. Big difference.
