Well sometimes, but rarely.. Generally it's pretty obvious when I orgasm.. And if a man hasn't learned to read the physical signs of when a woman is having an orgasm, such as the flush of the skin, the closing of the eyes and throwing back of the head, the change in breathing, etc, he DESERVES to get faked out! :P
