However, you are kinda wrong. Most of the signs of female orgasm can also be caused by very strong sexual excitement that isn't quite orgasm yet. Considering the fact that every woman reacts slightly different to sexual stimulation and orgasm, the line isn't always that clear.
Also, "faking it" isn't always faking it... some intentional extra sound effects and such can lead to a sort of chain effect between both partners causing very real effects.
