I've got several of rackshack's 10 Mbps unmetered servers
and haven't had any major issues with them yet. But
I believe you get what you pay for and with rackshack's
prices I certainly don't expect a whole lot in terms of support.
I just expect that their network is up and that my hardware
is functioning.
