You mean the PR that will be transferred to the outbound links right? The actual PR of the page doesn't go down as far as I know. I'm pretty familiar with the algorithm so I only put a few links up. I've heard of sites getting a PR0 for this but this was straight up dropped by google. Blows my mind I tell ya.
