if what this guy did does not affect the hosting company then why is it their problem? just because u "lost" money why should they take the chance of losing a loyal paying customer? "You would do whatever it takes to protect your investment." the hosting company is trying to protect their investment and income.
i can see both sides choker and both make alot of sense. very grey issue with the hosting though. is it fair for u to put them in the middle of your problem?
