i know this wasnt directed at me... but ill tell you anyways!
id just do petty shit myself:
make a bot that submits all kinds of fake galleries to his website. mailbomb him. spam his website. report it to spamcop... basically just annoy him until he removes the script.. but thats just what i'd do.
