So he broke the contract. Have you lost anything because of it? If you bought a new server or spent alot setting his shit up I'd say it'd be fair to charge him at least that cost and some extra. I don't really see what banning anyone on message boards has anything to do with it.
Of course legally adult.com has the upper hand, I personally would only charge him for the damages but you guys can really do whatever you want.
