In terms of the contact signing....it is hard to make any sort of objective sideline call. I am sure you know that our clients sign agreements and sometimes they get buyers remorse...very rarely do contracts get ripped up...in fact never that I can think of.
I know that I have made some bad deals that I regretted and I have seen it happen many many times before.

Jim I agree with you 100 percent.
As I said man I rarely have any beef with people. Been here for about 3 years and you will never get anyone to say anyhting such as "Juicy scammed me or Juicy ripped me off"
Error in judgement and also reactions based on anger I agree my fault on that part.
I tried to make amends , I apologized for my anger to whom needed them and ready to move on.
Second I am sure Ray must realize by now that this thing was blown way out of proportion and error was done on both parties.
Whats done is done , I dont like having beef with people and try to do right but both parties need to be in the same both to make amends.
No i didnt take any ofense to yur remarks because you were making judgements base on what was in front of you and i would have made the same judgement in your shoes.
Hey if Ray wants to squash it I have no problem with that. I am not too proud when I have done wrong and try to make amends as need be. Today was my first encounter with Ray that went sour.
