TERMS

- Payment must be made within 5 business days, and before name transfer. After that I reserve the right to sell to next highest bidder, or not sell it at all.

- Wire transfer prefered, checks must clear first. No PayPal.

- I will sign a SIMPLE agreement of sale or letter of intent, but no waiting 2 weeks for your lawyer to type legalese.

- I reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason.

- No sale is considered final until I select a buyer, and payment is received.
