Here are my 2 cents (not that anybody cares but hell)

Ok, if Holio "won" against Acacia, why didn't we hear about it earlier?

Also if anybody wants a copy of the court papers you can get them from the courthouse where the lawsuit took place. They can mail you a copy (its like 20 bucks)

Its not a closed court room, since it was a civil case.

The copy of this case can help others who are fighting Acacia with their court date. If you can show to your judge that it was thrown out previous you might have a shot.

So, lets see if we can get our hands on those court documents
