Those that settled, did so in private negotiations. So yes, the terms of the deal are confidential.

Acacia only used company names that were known to the public already, so it was some kind of "fair use" kind of thing that they could say Hustler's name despite having confidentiality agreements.

Now if someone were in court, then those court records are public and could be found.
