and I called them... I called first around 10am Cali time, the bitch answering the phones said the person who could give me the info on which domains of mine are violatiing their patent was out to lunch. she asked if i wanted her voicemail, i said no... then i called back around 1pm Cali time. The phone rang maybe 30 times... finally answered. I asked for someone I could talk too, the secretary informed me, only one person besides herself was in the office, and she was bogged down with calls. so i left my number, she said she would call me back today... no luck so far.
