Polygraph isn't admissable in a court of law.
Now with that being said, they use it as a tool to get you to admit shit you normally wouldn't.
I used to work for a company that did prescreenings of all it's employees before Texas outlawed that.
Anyway, they tried to claim over and over that I was lying about whether or not I had ever stolen from a company.
I just stuck to my story, they eventually caved in and passed me.
same here...detectives can lie to you there is nothing against the law about that.
They can tell you that others have come forward and implicated you in this, that someone will testify against you...ANYTHING to get you to admit something.
Don't buy it. Let them arrest you..if that's what they plan on doing there is nothing to stop them even if you're innocent...but DON'T admit shit...and from now on don't go in without a lawyer.
