i think the first ammendment violation angle should be started to look at.
They are sending thousands of these letters to people just because they are adult webmasters and doing no research whatsoever if they are even violationg their phantom patent.
What if I owned that patent and just sent it to thousands of black people just because they are black and probably violating my patent.
