I already got my (train) ticket & hotel reservation. But as there are very few posts about that event I have no idea what to expect ...

- Am I going to be the only visitor (except Paul Markham, of course)? :D
- Does it make sense to pay for the conferences?
- Will there be any other parties than the few announced on the AOE website?
