My sleeping pattern was messed up for years and when i finally wanted to change it to something more normal it took a lot of effort but it was worth it to get it back to normal. For the last few weeks I have been waking up around 7am and going to sleep around 1 - 2 am, I've found that sleeping in the day for an hour (around 4 - 5 pm ) really helps though and means that I don't become more and more tired as the day progresses
Still boils down to the fact that an irrigular sleeping pattern is not healthy and im very happy that I finally got mine back to normal because I've found that I'm much more productive now than I was before
