I know! It's almost scary! It makes me think that if there are that many stupid people out there, then I don't even want to be driving on the same roads as people that stupid.

This guy scammed over $1.5 million and he's only one guy doing this scam. It's been going on for years by loads of people. Think how much has been sent to these scammers.
People that stupid should be under government supervision for their own safety.
