They frequently use body doubles for sex scenes or even "sexy" scenes.. If you remember the Pretty Woman, in the begining of the movie they show Julia Roberts laying in bed, and that perfect toned tummy is exposed............... Wasn't her tummy. She refused to do that scene at the time.
