There has been a lot of rumor and speculation that some companies that settled provided their customer list to Acacia.

Acacia also claims to have a team of people scouring the internet for sites to send letters to.

I believe both. I was in Acacia's parking lot the other day and noticed that most of the cars had bumper stickers on them. I wrote down what some of them said. This must be the lot where the people scouring the net park their cars.
