So I bought like $25 CDN in gas with my paypal card last month. When I went home paypal had frozen $56USD.
Okay whatever... protection shit I understand, no problem.

So the gas company never confirms the purchase. I just got the refund yesterday for the whole $56, meaning I got $25 cdn in gas free.

That works for me!
