and the dude from my creditcard company told me the best thing i could do is to try to work it out with the seller (who obviously was ignoring me) as they couldn't take the money back.
Never did a chargeback before, so i don't know anything about it.
maybe in europe they have different rules about it, does somebody know ?

I bought a script that turned out to be all fucked up once and I asked for a refund a bunch of times from the vendor, but they never responded, so finally I charged back. Visa gave me hell for months about it and finally I had to send in a detailed letter explaining that it wasnt' "intangible goods" but was a software product that was faulty and did not function as advertised. Thats all it took...
