I have a forum now at
http://www.sincity-erotica.net/forum/ that I just setup for surfers but I could add a webmaster area to it too. These days its hard to get anyone over to a new board, I have had our forum up for years at
www.cd-media.net/forum and it doesn't get that much traffic, even with over 7000+ webmasters on our newsletter
