Although it is primarily for TGP's, there are reasons that other people are invited to attend. It's Sleazy's party and he can invite who he wants.
My prior comments are not intended to question who he chooses as a guest. It goes much deeper than that and to be honest...It does not really involve Sleazy himself.

lots of people who don't run TGPs are invited, but they usually do a LOT of work with TGPs......content (hint hint), bandwidth, sponser, etc.
