He's just very very skinny. If he gained 20 or 30 lbs he would look better. But being that thin, his cheek bones and eyes buldge out and make him look sickly. I guess he's a fanatic about what he eats... other than the strange nose job, make up and anorexia, he's not that surgically altered.
